St Joseph's High School, Crossmaglen

We were delighted to work with O'Hare McGovern Construction on the installation of a highly efficient kitchen and servery for the Education Authority, St Joseph's High School, Crossmaglen. 

The new kitchen includes 4 Rational iCombi 10 Grid Classics, 30 litre Pentland Mixer, 3 SCE Fridges, Foster Blast Chiller and several Chest Freezers and a full Moffat Servery including Bain Marie's and refrigerated Wells. In addition, the servery included 2 Carimali Blue Dot Coffee Machines. The dishwasher areas include 2 Hobart H604 Pass Through Dishwashers with full cleans and dirty stainless-steel tabling. The cooking island includes a Bratt Pan, 2 Ranges, Falcon Grill and 2 Frymaster MJ135 Fryers.
