The Fast Food & Retail Show 2024 has officially come to a close, and what an incredible two days it was at our Broughshane headquarters! With a fantastic mix of new faces, loyal clients, and industry experts in attendance, this year’s show surpassed our expectations.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our amazing manufacturers who made such a huge effort to be part of the event. Many travelled from overseas, bringing their expertise and the latest innovations in catering equipment. Brands like Ubert, Broaster, Rational, Alto-Shaam, Falcon, Florigo, UNOX, Merrychef, Welbilt, Taylor, Moffat, and Hobart brought their very best, making this a memorable experience for all.
Live Cooking and Exciting Demos
Attendees had the chance to watch live cooking demos from Broaster, Rational, Alto-Shaam, UNOX, Florigo, and Welbilt, showcasing innovative cooking techniques and high-performance equipment. Ice cream enthusiasts were also treated to delicious soft serve from Taylor, a crowd favourite that brought a taste of summer to the showroom.
One of the show’s highlights was the Battle of the Best Dish competition. Each brand brought their A-game to deliver top-quality dishes for under £5, offering a fantastic display of what’s possible with today’s leading catering equipment. Congratulations to Alto-Shaam for winning on Day 1 and to Florigo for taking the title on Day 2!
